Who is the greatest character of all time and why?

He's on Dragonball Z, right? Haven't seen that one, but I've heard it's cool.

yea, but i have only seen a few odd episodes (all super uber awesome so far)

I don't know why, but my favourite character in each anime is always cold, and slowly opening up.

I have many favorite characters, so it's hard to chose one, but I guess I would go with...
Hiko Seijuro (Rurouni Kenshin)
why? well for starters I just love this character: he is so ...arrrogant, yet his arrogance is not annoying 'cause he has a lot to brag about. Even when he wants to seem unconcerned, you know he worries about others and is willing to help (even more if people will be there to see his greatness). He's very cool (you have to if you are the master of the Hitten Mitsurugi Ryuu) and he's the best in battle. Plus he is gorgeous!!
