Its bad not to sleep, here is a run-down of the effects of not sleeping:

1-2 days: concentration becomes hard, irritability
3-4: you start to have hallucinations (visual and audio)
6-7: declared totally insane by this point

Lolz. Yea I know it's bad. I start getting headaches if I don't get enough sleep and, as you all know already, I start going really hyper.

But I like sleeping. I just like it better when I can sleep whenever I want and wake up whenever I want. *sigh It's just that school makes me have to wake up super early everyday. I don't like it. ><

its also good it get into a regular sleeping routine, going to bed at a certian time to make sure you get a good amount of sleep and also not sleeping in too late

That's the thing. I'm so use to sleeping at around 12, that I can never go to sleep early now. And I use to have a habit of waking early on the weekends when I was younger. Now I started getting a habit of waking up at 9 or earlier. It's weird and I never get enough sleep. *sigh

I'll probably go to sleep early today. So I won't be on again tonight for another round of hyperness. Hehe. :sweatdrop:

One thing you shouldn't do when you're sleepless is take a bath. Get at least 1-2 hours sleep before taking a bath. Cause if you do it'll have a bad effect on your brain.
